East Meets West in ‘Kintaro’ by Panaz East meets West and contemporary meets classic in ‘Kintaro’, a collection of prints for drapes, upholstery, bedcovers and accessories across the global hospitality and leisure markets. Created by Panaz, all ‘Kintaro’ designs are available on a range of inherently flame retardant basecloths to cover the full diversity of applications, including a supple, yet highly durable, tactile slub linen effect. Six ‘Kintaro’ designs come together in a cohesive conceptual family: for the leading floral (Sekino), a refined and geometric approach has been adopted, inspired by Japanese décor styling and reflected in its companion scroll (Utamaro), where underlying sun motifs evoke traditional kimono designs.

The Kintaro collection is made with flame retardant fabrics designed to make hotel interiors rich, comfortable, invting and luxurious. All fabrics produced for the 'Kintaro' collection are flame retardant to full contract specifications and are suitable for use as curtains or bedspreads in contract situations.
