Panaz fabrics selected for Abu Dhabi project
Fabrics by specialist designer and manufacturer of contract furnishing fabrics are to be used in a prestigious hotel at the new Yas Island development in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Dubai-based designers Interior Motives Ltd. have specified a variety of fabrics from the Panaz collection, including the luxurious but cost-effective Taffeta Blackout collection for curtains, for the new Staybridge Suites development. The fabrics have been purchased on behalf of the developers, Aldar Properties, by the Dubai office of FF&E procurement specialists The Parker Company.The 6-storey, 196 room property is the first hotel to open in the region under the InterContinental Hotels Group-owned Staybridge Suites brand, a lodging concept aimed at medium- to long-term stays which is well established in the US but now being rolled out in Europe and the Middle East. The Yas Island development will follow Staybridge openings in Liverpool and Newcastle in UK, which also feature fabrics by Panaz.
