The company has been driving towards ISO 9001 status for the last 15 months at head office in Burnley Lancashire. Recognised throughout the world as a quality assurance benchmark, ISO 9001:2000 addresses several specific areas, including customer order response, the relationship with suppliers, internal quality assurance and human resources. Fostering confidence in operating systems and management structure, accreditation is increasingly giving companies an essential edge in the international marketplace.
